Kim Pfingstag is the Manager of Occupational Health and Occupational Care and Recovery for International Paper. She has over 20 years of experience in the fields of Workers Compensation and Disability Management, Return to Work and Job Accommodations, Clinical Management, Managed Care and Not-for-Profit Vocational Rehabilitation. She is an Associate in Risk Management and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. Kim serves on the Board of Directors for the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification as an At-Large Director. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Florida and her graduate degree in Community Health and Rehabilitation from the University of Illinois. Kim currently resides in Memphis, TN.
