Rachel McCoy is the Sr. Director, Enterprise Risk Management for Frontdoor, Inc. (NYSE:FTDR), the largest provider of home service plans in the United States. Through our four brands, we respond to more than four million service requests annually (or one every eight seconds) from homeowners who require assistance with technical home repair issues utilizing our nationwide network of over 15,000 pre-qualified professional contractor firms that employ more than 45,000 technicians. A member of the RIMS-Memphis Chapter, she served as its President in 2012. A graduate of Christian Brothers University with a Masters of Business Administration. Rachel received her RIMS - CRMP in 2016.
