Chad Jackson is the Staff Director of Risk Management at FedEx Corporation providing leadership and direction that allows the Company to identify, analyze and quantify risks globally and from various cultural lenses while also protecting the balance sheet from volatility.
After 15+ years in the risk business, Chad knows that risk will only improve when you first understand employee environments and customer value.
Chad holds his Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation and has an Associate in Risk Management (ARM). Chad was selected to the Business Insurance Risk Management Honor Roll for 2013.
Chad is a deacon at Second Presbyterian Church in Memphis, TN and serves on the World Missions Committee. He is a former Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) Memphis Chapter President. Chad has also previously served on the boards of the Christian Psychological Center and Su Casa Family Ministries.
Chad holds a BSE in Spanish / Journalism from Baylor University and a MBA from Indiana University.
